The ornament is based on the Croatian Flag. The ornament is divided into 3 sections that are Red, White, and Blue. The top red section is a Šestine Umbrella with Sretan Božić i Nova Godina in gold. The middle white section is the crown of the Croatian Grb, deconstructed. The five crowning shield represented are, the Illyrian Coat of arms, the Coat of arms of Dubrovnik, Dalmatia, and Istria, and the Coat of arms of the Kingdom of Slavonia and are done in their historical versions. The bottom blue section represents the Adriatic Sea.
